HGH has had rather a bad reputation in the past which I believe is unwarranted. The reason is that it has been abused by athletes and taken at very large doses. Whilst increases in performances are often impressive, unwanted side effects may result, and hence people associate these with normal physiological use of HGH therapy, which is not the case.

But let me ask you this question: how can something that at once stage our bodies produced in very large amounts naturally be bad for us?

The answer is that it’s not – when used correctly and when used only in small physiological amounts and not in huge over-doses.

HGH is a very important hormone to your overall health and when used with caution and at the appropriate doses it can make a dramatic improvement to your current health. It should really be termed the “anti-aging hormone” as it’s role on a cellular level is to repair or regenerate your cells, hence keeping them young and healthy, thereby extending your lifespan in the process.

HGH is a natural hormone produced by the pituitary gland and regulates cellular repair and regeneration. For various reasons many people over the age of 40 years of age develop a HGH deficiency which is essentially the same as any other hormone deficiency, such as thyroid, insulin, or estrogen.

The decline in HGH is called “somatopause” and it usually begins at around 40 years of age. Prior to the last century the human lifespan was around 45 years, just enough time for reproduction. After that stage, from a biological viewpoint, we were considered obsolete with no real need to keep on living, hence the decline in our HGH levels. In our modern times however we are able to live to at least 80 and possibly even up to 100 years or more, hence the need to seriously consider boosting our falling HGH levels using natural HGH therapy in physiological or natural amounts without creating unwanted side effects.

Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD) or somatopause is a recognized deficiency disorder with a wide range of significant impacts to one’s health.

Clinical Manifestations of Adult GHD:

Altered body fat composition – accumulation of excess body fat no matter how much exercise you are doing, especially abdominal fat.

Reduced skeletal muscle bulk – your muscles seem to gradually shrink in size even though you may be working out in the gym regularly,

Decreased memory, poor mood and a low sense of well-being,

Reduced muscle strength, exercise performance and “physical” fitness,

Reduces sexual functioning and sexual enjoyment.

Increase in wrinkles, sagging skin and facial drooping,

Lowered immune and heart functions (cardiac output decreases due to low HGH levels),

Increased insulin resistance (leading to diabetes) and increase in bad cholesterol levels,

HGH has wide and far reaching effects within your body and low levels will gradually lead to a whole body decline and to physiological aging. Whilst this may have been acceptable in the last century, in our modern times many of us are refusing to accept a life as we age full of sickness, disease, deteriorating memory, crippling arthritis, and the thought of ending up bed ridden in a nursing home having to rely on a nurse for your complete care.

HGH replacement therapy is a major part of Anti-Aging medicine, and cutting edge Doctors in this field are now taking action to not only test the levels of this vital hormone within your body, but are also using natural bio-identical HGH therapy in physiological doses to adequately replace what your body can no longer produce.

The results can be dramatic: more energy, less fat (up to 50% of abdominal fat can be lost in 6 months especially if HGH is combined with exercise and complete hormone replacement), more muscle, less wrinkles, increased memory, improved exercise performance and endurance, a feeling of confidence and optimism, better heart, lung, kidney and other organ function, and much more.

HGH heals your body in many ways and it has the ability to improve a wide variety of health problems. For example, studies have revealed that it does in fact significantly improve conditions such as fibromyalgia, muscle wasting due to AIDS, Crohn’s disease, burns, and other injuries.

There is no doubt now that HGH promotes healing within the body to a major degree.

Be aware that HGH on its own is not a magic bullet: you must also make sure your body is thoroughly cleansed and detoxified before you commence this therapy. An intoxicated body filled with pollutants, heavy metals, pesticides, CFC, bromides, herbicides, lactic acid, uric acid, and other toxins will have a very hard time healing no matter how much HGH you put into it.

Also important are the levels of all your other hormones, for example, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, thyroid hormones, and DHEA. Without adequate levels of all these basic and natural hormones, HGH therapy will not be nearly as effective as it potentially could be once these important hormones are balanced and returned to normal levels.

Hence I cannot stress enough the importance of hormone testing before you consider commencing HGH therapy. When used correctly as part of a complete whole body detoxification and rebuilding program, and combined with complete hormone balancing, there is no doubt that HGH is one of the most powerful age reversal and rejuvenative therapies known to man.

Are you are feeling tired most of the time and have lost your zest for life? Have you put on extra weight and are your muscles turning into flab? Have you lost your strength? Is your mood flat? Have you lost your interest in sex, or is it just plain hard work having sex these days? Is your energy and vitality nothing like it used to be, or do you feel a mere shadow of your former self?

If you have been nodding your head to most of the above questions, and you are over 40 years of age, then there is a strong chance that you may be suffering from a medical condition named low testosterone.

This condition is increasingly common in men (and to a lesser extent, women) in our society due to a number of factors, however the good news is that it can easily and safely be treated.

If you suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity or lung disease and you are over 40, your chances of having low testosterone are 1 in 3.

Hormone therapy using natural testosterone therapy will help you to feel and look much better, will dramatically boost your desire and ability to have much more dynamic sex, and is hence a very effective form of natural hormone therapy.

Bioidentical hormone therapy using natural testosterone will also boost muscle size, reduce body fat, improve your mood, boost your heart function, help you to feel energized and full of vitality, and importantly, can give you a feeling of youthful exuberance once again.

After all, who doesn’t want to feel young, sexual, muscular, and energized again?

Testosterone therapy can restore your sagging testosterone levels to a much more youthful state and is able to safely do all of the above and more.

Women have used estrogen therapy or estrogen replacement therapy for many years, and more recently progesterone replacement therapy is proving to be very effective for women as well. Estrogen hormone therapy is much safer and effective when natural or bioidentical hormones are used, and the same applies to men considering male hormone replacement.

Hormone replacement therapy for both men and women is a key component in a complete anti aging program.

Symptoms Of Low Testosterone

Testosterone deficiency is not something to take lightly. In fact, it has been linked with an increased risk of heart disease and depression. Low testosterone levels can exhibit a broad range of signs & symptoms. These include:

Body hair loss

Decreased sex drive

Depression – a recent study has shown about 30% of men with depression have testosterone deficiency.

Moodiness and Emotionality

Touchiness, Irritability & Hypochondria

Great Timidity and Inner unrest

Memory Failure and Reduced Intellectual Agility

Fatigue and decreased stamina

Aching muscles and joints

Hot flashes

Increased risk of osteoporosis

Lower sperm count

Reduced muscle mass and strength

Increased abdominal fat

Enlarged breasts in men

Thinning skin

Trouble concentrating

Weaker erections

Weaker orgasms

Wrinkling skin

Dr Jonathan V. Wright, MD (Co-Author of “Maximize Your Vitality and Potency – For Men Over 40″) writes the following about natural testosterone:

“For over 30 years, I’ve worked with men ages 45 and up whose symptoms and tests indicated a need for bio-identical testosterone. The results have been gratifying for everyone involved. Most notably, bio-identical testosterone therapy helps improve mood, attitude, cognitive ability, and general outlook on life. Many wives and families have observed that “Grandpa is a lot less grumpy,” remembers things better, and laughs and smiles a lot more often.

Plus, bio-identical testosterone improves muscle mass and strength, rebuilds bone, strengthens the heart and blood vessels, lowers total cholesterol and blood sugar, raises HDL (”good”) cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, lessens the chances of blood clots, improves tissue oxygenation, improves the health of a non-cancerous prostate gland-and that’s all before we get to testosterone’s positive effects on libido and your sex life.”

How To Test For Low Testosterone

Before you can determine if you are a candidate for male hormone therapy using testosterone, you must have your testosterone levels accurately checked. Since testosterone is a fat soluble hormone it travels in your blood bound to a carrier protein, which renders it inactive.

Standard blood tests will not reveal the free or active levels of this hormone, hence saliva hormone testing is required. As well as testing for testosterone, it is important to also check your estrogen levels, as in many men a large amount of testosterone is converted into estrogen. This is not what you want, as estrogen is responsible for fat gain, prostate problems, low libido and other unwanted effects.

It’s important to also know how to interpret the test results of the tests – even if your testosterone is in the “normal” range, what does that mean? Do you want to be in the normal range for a 70 yr old man? Not really. The aim of testosterone therapy is to boost your testosterone levels to those of a healthy 30yr old man.

Testosterone Therapy

Male hormone replacement therapy doctors who use natural testosterone correctly will be able to quickly and safely restore normal health and function to men that are deficient in testosterone. However, the key word here is “correctly”. There are many types of testosterone available and knowing which one to use and how is crucial to your success with testosterone therapy.

How do you know whether you should be using a testosterone cream or testosterone injections? Which forms of testosterone are natural and are exactly the same as what your body produces? What are the important precautions you must be aware of before commencing testosterone therapy? What are the possible side effects to watch for after you have commenced therapy? How long should you take testosterone therapy for?

All these questions are beyond the scope of this article however for more information regarding natural testosterone therapy you can email me at info@neogenantiaging.com

HGH or human growth hormone is a key hormone in your body. It is often referred to as the growth and repair hormone of the body, and it can often lead to remarkable anti aging effects when used correctly.
There are supplements and pills to help you lose weight, to help you feel better, to help you sleep better and to help you have more energy. HGH however can do all this and much more. Growth hormone has incredible power to bring about total rejuvenation unlike any other drug, supplement, antioxidant or nutrient that is available anywhere in the world.

Human Growth Hormone

HGH (Somatotropin) has been shown in clinical trials to be able to reshape the body and to return it to a much more youthful state, even without dieting or exercise. In one controlled study, elderly men taking growth hormone gained 8.8 percent lean body mass and lost an average of 14.4 body fat. Their skin thickness also improved by 7.1 percent and bone density increased by 1.6 percent.
These results have been replicated in numerous studies and in real life by many people just like you who don’t want nature to take its course and age their bodies and minds. Why should you wait around and let your body and mind grow old when there are ways to stop and even reverse the aging process?
I use HGH or Growth Hormone as part of my Anti Aging & Rejuvenation Program with remarkable results. I use a substance called a secretagogue, which is natural substances that acts to naturally boost your body’s ability to release more HGH. This can be very effective in some people, but will not give an adequate growth hormone boost in everyone.
The most potent form of growth hormone therapy is to use injections of the hormone itself. This is the most certain way to boost your levels of human growth hormone to much more youthful levels for powerful age reversal benefits. By firstly measuring the levels of growth hormone in your blood (tested by measuring levels of IGF-1) you can find out exactly how much you need to boost you levels in order to safely receive all the benefits that HGH can bring whilst at the same time minimizing any risk of side effects.
If you are serious about staying young both from the inside and on the outside, you have to consider HGH as part of your Anti Aging Program as in my opinion it is one of the most potent weapons we have for this very purpose.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions on HGH therapy for Anti Aging.
God Bless
Dr Theodore
